When is original artwork released?

Elm Atelier releases approximately four main collections per year, along with several smaller drops. Visitors can subscribe to the email list in the footer of the page to receive updates on original work, previews, and early access to shop. The brand also shares regular updates on Instagram, follow @elmatelierofficial to stay connected.
Art Commisions & Custom Framing

While commissions are not currently being accepted, inquiries are always welcome and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Focusing on fresh inspiration allows Elm Atelier to expand its creative style while developing new collections across art, home, and lifestyle offerings.
What is the return policy?

Candles

If you’re not completely in love with your candle, you can return it with no questions asked. Whether the scent wasn’t what you expected or you simply changed your mind, we want you to feel confident exploring new fragrances.

You may return your candle within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email erin@erinlynnmiles.com to start your free return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received.

Artwork

All original artwork is final sale. While returns are not accepted, Elm Atelier strives to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. Please reach out within three days of receiving your order for assistance.
Order changes & cancellations

Please contact Elm Atelier within 24 hours of placing an order to change, update, or cancel your order. Many items are made-to-order and enter production after this 24-hour window.
How and when do Prints ship?

Each print is carefully sealed in a clear fine-art sleeve, mounted on a sturdy backing board, and shipped in a protective box or flat mailer. Print orders are sent via USPS or UPS, depending on size and weight, and include tracking. Please allow 1–2 weeks for shipping; in-stock prints may ship sooner.
How Original Artwork Is Packaged and Shipped

Each unframed original artwork is carefully sealed in a clear fine-art sleeve, mounted on a thick backing board, then wrapped in vellum, tied with ribbon, and shipped in a protective box or flat mailer. Framed originals are wrapped in vellum and shipped in a sturdy, padded box. Items are sent via USPS or UPS, depending on size and weight, with tracking included. Please allow 1–2 weeks for shipping; every effort is made to prepare and send originals as quickly as possible.
Is international shipping offered?

At this time, Elm Atelier ships only within the United States. International shipping is not yet available, but the atelier is working to offer this option in the near future.
Lost or damaged packages:

Each order is thoughtfully and carefully packaged before leaving the studio. In the rare event that a package is lost or damaged, please contact Elm Atelier within three days of receiving your order (or within 21 days of placing it), and the atelier will assist in resolving the situation.
Do you have different candle sizes or fragrance samples?

All of our candles are currently offered in one thoughtfully curated size. While we don’t have fragrance samples yet, we’re actively working on expanding our options.
