Return & Exchange Policy

Elm Atelier wants you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unburned, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Please contact Elm Atelier within 14 days of receiving your order to begin a return or exchange.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please contact Elm Atelier as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Packages

Each Elm Atelier order is thoughtfully and carefully packaged before leaving the studio. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within three days of delivery with your order information and photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right.

 

Lost Packages

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact Elm Atelier and we will assist you in determining the appropriate next steps with the shipping carrier.
