Return Policy:

All original artwork and prints are final sale. While returns are not accepted, Elm Atelier strives to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. Please reach out within three days of receiving your order for assistance.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations:

Please contact Elm Atelier within 24 hours of placing an order to change, update, or cancel your order. Many items are made-to-order and enter production after this 24-hour window.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages:

Each order is thoughtfully and carefully packaged before leaving the studio. In the rare event that a package is lost or damaged, please contact Elm Atelier within three days of receiving your order (or within 21 days of placing it), and the atelier will assist in resolving the situation.
